Sonia & Sweaters Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Merchandising Intern to join our 3-month Career Development Program (CDP). As one of the top sweater manufacturing companies in the country, we are committed to training the next generation of industry professionals.
This position requires zero prior experience and is structured to provide you with hands-on corporate exposure. Interns who show outstanding performance, adaptability, and commitment over the 3-month timeframe will be absorbed into our company as full-time employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Support: Provide comprehensive daily support to the Merchandising team based on current operational requirements.
Inventory & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily tracking, reporting, and meticulous record-keeping of products and samples.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact, communicating proficiently and professionally with our Buyers and Vendors.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
- A proactive attitude with strong self-initiative and a leadership-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both spoken and written English.
